To better serve you and our community, SVCF has been investing in new technology infrastructure that will help optimize our operations and enhance your giving and philanthropic experience with Silicon Valley Community Foundation.

We are excited to announce that our new systems, including a brand-new Donor Portal, are going live this fall. Leading up to this changeover, there will be a systems migration period starting at 6:00 p.m. Pacific time on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, extending through 9:00 a.m. Pacific time on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, during which we will transition to and validate our new systems.

IMPORTANT: The Donor Portal will be unavailable during this period, from 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 12 through 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 18. This means that temporarily you will not be able to access the Donor Portal, view your financial statements or recommend grants online. To minimize service interruptions, please note:

The last opportunity to recommend a grant online before our systems become temporarily unavailable is before Wednesday, October 12 at 5:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

You may contribute to your fund during this period. However, please note that our standard processing time may be extended. You may not see your contribution activity posted until late October. Our new Donor Portal will be available at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time on October 18, and we will send an email with instructions on how to obtain access when it's ready for you to use.
